Welcome to the CDH Cattle website. I hope you enjoy visiting our website as much as we enjoy farming with our cattle. I have been involved in cattle breeding since 1988. I have loved every moment of it. The good as well as the not so good times.
Working with nature and genetics is always a challenging and rewarding endevour. We love what we do and I believe that stud breeding is not for the man that is “in” today and “out” tomorrow. It is for the diligent, those who can make a stand with integrity and work with total commitment. It's not a search for fame or fortune. Rather it's a dedicated cause to a point of compulsion in pursuit of perfection for a breed where only the best is good enough!

Buchan
Buchan was Crowned as theBest Perfomance Tested Bull off All Breeds in SA for 2010!Chritopher Braunvieh acheived this award Three Times which is Unequalled in South Africa Performance C Testing Scheme History!. The following bulls allso won these class: 2005 Rick and 2006 Nampo. Christopher Braunvieh represented this Class Five Times and Won Three out of Five!
